"After over 20 years with Geico and no auto claims, we decided to switch to State Farm when our teenage driver got their license. State Farm offered multiple ways to save—such as using a driving monitor in the vehicle and completing a driver safety course—which made the transition easy. Then, in an unbelievable twist, we had two accidents just two weeks apart. My husband, who hadn’t had a ticket or accident in over 40 years, hit a dog on the freeway, and shortly after, our new teenage driver had their first incident. State Farm handled both claims superbly—quick, fair, and with excellent communication every step of the way. Specifically Carissa in the Summerwood Location was fantastic with helping navigate the claim. We just added two new cars to our policy, and to our surprise, the rates barely changed, even with the recent claims. The premiums for the new vehicles were far more reasonable than we expected. My husband even commented that it’s rare for both the customer and the insurer to come out happy—but with State Farm, that’s exactly what happened.
